CORONAVIRUS UPDATE SEPTEMBER 2020

Applications for School of English and Culture summer courses for 2021 are now open. If you were previously booked on to a 2020 course and did not ask for your booking to be cancelled, your place is secure and your application can be completed at your earliest convenience.


In the current climate of uncertainty, we realise that circumstances may alter between now and next summer. We will be as flexible as we possibly can if Covid-19 means your plans need to change and you can request a refund at any time up to 30 June 2021 without losing your deposit.


You can also rest assured that we will operate in line with government guidelines around social distancing and safety to ensure the wellbeing of all our guests and staff.

Activities Programme

Our courses provide an opportunity for a diverse and exciting learning environment where people from many cultures come together to learn

Note this is only a guide, not a guarantee.

Teamwork is key in all aspects of the programme. The students will learn to collaborate both academically and in all other areas of the course, developing skills which are vitally important in their school and university careers and, later, in the world of work.

Activities Programme

The programme of activities, adventures and cultural events is designed to integrate seamlessly with the learning objectives inside the classroom.

The course seeks to develop new ways of thinking and increase confidence and self-belief through the range and diversity of activities which can be challenging nature. Teamwork is key in all aspects of the programme and the students will learn to collaborate both academically and in all other areas of the course.

The extra-curricular programme can be split into two main areas: the afternoon activities programme and the evening and weekend programme. Please click on the tabs on the left to learn more.
