CORONAVIRUS UPDATE SEPTEMBER 2020

Applications for School of English and Culture summer courses for 2021 are now open. If you were previously booked on to a 2020 course and did not ask for your booking to be cancelled, your place is secure and your application can be completed at your earliest convenience.

In the current climate of uncertainty, we realise that circumstances may alter between now and next summer. We will be as flexible as we possibly can if Covid-19 means your plans need to change and you can request a refund at any time up to 30 June 2021 without losing your deposit.

You can also rest assured that we will operate in line with government guidelines around social distancing and safety to ensure the wellbeing of all our guests and staff.

Accommodation

Note this is only a guide, not a guarantee.

In 2019 Open Minds Experiences is travelling to the Sierra Guarra, a rugged, mountainous region of Aragon, in the north east of Spain.

Accommodation

The beauty of the Sierra de Guara is accessed from the small historic village of Radiquero, which will provide our base for the week’s adventures that are all either a short walk or drive away. Radiquero itself is an atmospheric, traditional Aragonese village that can be easily explored by students searching for inspiration within the stone streets.

Students will be staying in a rustic adventurer’s guest house that is located just outside Radiquero. The students will be sleeping in dormitories of up to 6 people that open out onto a communal terrace, a climbing wall and incredible views of the Sierra de Guara. In addition to the terrace and outdoor areas, the guest house also has a communal eating space indoors where students can gather together after a long day in the mountains to reflect as a group and enjoy some much-deserved food! Students will also make use of the kitchen on occasion, as they will be working together to cook an evening meal for the whole group.
