Calling all budding bakers! If you're eager to learn a diverse range of baking skills while preparing delicious recipes, then this course is for you. Join us for an enjoyable journey through the world of biscuits, bread, cakes, and pastry creations.During each engaging half-day session, participants will craft two to three recipes. At the end of the week, you'll receive a comprehensive booklet containing all the recipes, empowering you to recreate your culinary masterpieces at home!

- Monday: Bread day
Learn the art of making bread using three key different ingredients. - Tuesday: Cake day
Beginning with a crowd pleaser lemon drizzle cake, before learning how to use a piping bag and spending time decorating a cake. - Wednesday: Pastry day
Creating a perfect plum frangipane and an apple and cinnamon swirl masterpiece. - Thursday: Chocolate day
It's a must to start with a chocolate cake, then learn some chocolate skills to make chocolate and cardamom buns. - Friday: Party food
No party is complete without homemade herb-filled sausage rolls, and caterpillar cake. What will yours be called?
